Pyramids Wellness Center was built as a high-tech, state-of-the-art facility with attention to preventive healthcare and wellness. The name and the three pyramid-shapes on the roof symbolize a balance in life. A balance created by including exercise as a necessary element for enriched living. The facility offers organized children’s programs from competitive cheerleading to aerobic, dance and tumbling. Adults attend nutritional classes and participate in organized or self-directed exercise programs. The facility includes weight machines, spinning, running track, 25-meter pool, cardiovascular equipment, and a café.
