Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center – Century Medical Building

The Century Medical Office Building is 80,000 square feet comprising three stories and a basement. Housed on the first floor and basement is a 20,000 square feet Ambulatory Surgery Center. The Ambulatory Surgery Center is a standalone facility on the Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center campus and houses three operating rooms with provisions for a fourth operating room in the future. Both the Ambulatory Surgery Center and the building shell have the capability of expanding to eight operating rooms. A Linear Accelerator was recently constructed adjacent to the building to complete the requirements for a new Oncology Center on the first floor.
