McCulloch England Architects is a firm built on relationships; we are Patient focused, but have a Client mindset. With a total of 18 employees, 11 registered architects, we maintain a very horizontal structure which allows for sharing of knowledge and collective accountability in all phases of design and construction. We are a medium sized firm with horsepower for major projects, but small enough to be responsive on much smaller projects. Our focus on relationships is evident in our long term clients, where we have an average of 20 years of experience with more than 15 clients, with several relationships spanning over 30 years. We are a regional firm and focus in the southeast; North Carolina, South Carolina, Kentucky and Virginia.
