Grace joined McCulloch England in 1999 as an intern and was recently appointed President of the firm. Within the firm, Grace’s expertise is focused on tenant improvements. In that capacity, she has designed over one million square feet of medical office building space. Grace’s work is not limited to the medical office sector, but extends into institutional work, where she has been involved in the design of a green field hospital, intensive care units, and radiology departments.

Larry joined the firm in 1988. Throughout his 26-year tenure with McCulloch England, Larry has been charged with designing and managing healthcare projects in the Carolinas and Virginia. His experience includes projects that range from medical equipment replacements to new community hospitals.
As director, he organizes the efforts of the entire firm while monitoring critical aspects including state and federal regulatory compliance, quality assurance, schedule, and budget. Larry’s ability to lead and work with clients, consultants, and contractors has resulted in numerous successful projects.

Garrett joined McCulloch England in 1999 while a senior in high school as a part-time CAD operator. After completing his degree at University of North Carolina at Charlotte, he joined the firm full time and currently works as a project architect. Garrett has been involved in numerous healthcare and medical office projects in varying roles. In addition to working as a project architect, Garrett has played a pivotal role in generating marketing materials, implementing REVIT, and utilizing SketchUp as a design and presentation tool.

Ellen joined McCulloch England in 1987 as a Project Architect and has served several years on the management team as Vice President. Ellen has been involved in various projects in healthcare and medical office environment including a center dedicated to women’s services. Ellen is the national pioneer in implementation of the first stainless steel, modular operating room system in the United States. Developed in Germany, the “future-proof, modular system” is considered to be the newest form of operating rooms in the world.

Daniel joined McCulloch England in 2008 as an intern and became a licensed architect within the year. He has been involved in projects of all sizes and in all phases of planning, design, and construction. Daniel was prominent in the production of contract documents and construction administration services for two new greenfield hospitals. Daniel currently manages all work related to the $600 million electronic medical record implementation at 25 hospital campuses and ambulatory surgery centers throughout the southeast. In addition to working as a project architect, Daniel is has played a key role in implementing REVIT at McCulloch England.
